That is true. To research some more, do some reading on the "Second Law of Thermodynamics".
The useful energy that comes out of a light bulb is primarily in the form of light and heat. The electrical energy is converted into light energy that illuminates the surroundings and heat energy that warms up the light bulb and its surroundings.
Not likely - any machine wastes some energy; that would reduce the useful output energy.
The way that the question is worded it is impossible to be sure exactly what you are looking for, but as a reasonable guess, you are looking for what happens to energy that is not producing useful work. The second law of thermodynamics generally tells us that we can never get 100% efficiency, i.e. we can never convert all the energy we are using into useful work. Some of the energy will just go into increasing the entropy of the universe.
A light bulb emits light energy, which is useful for illuminating a space and providing visibility. Some light bulbs also produce heat energy, although this is often considered a byproduct rather than a primary source of useful energy.
It means to convert the energy to a form that is useful for humans - for making machines work, for example. Or simply, convert to a form of energy that is easily converted to other forms of energy, for example, AC electricity, at an appropriate voltage.

False
heat(useful energy) and sound(waste energy)
I am not entirely sure what you mean. As you may already have heard, energy can't be created or destroyed. However, it is possible to convert useful energy into unusable energy - in fact, this happens all the time. In a way, this will "destroy" the energy by making it less valuable.
Converts Electrical energy into the useful energy, light and sound. There will be some unwanted heat energy as well
For example, if you have a lot of heat in one place, you can get an explosion, which is accompanied by a sound. Note that in general, it is only possible to extract useful energy from heat if there is a temperature difference.
Total energy is always constant; however, on the other hand, it is possible to convert useful energy into useless energy. This is an irreversible process, so for all practical purposes, this energy is "lost". It still exists as some type of energy (usually heat), but it can no longer be used.
Least what? Anyway, heat energy is in a way the least useful form of energy, because you can normally convert any other energy to heat energy, but if you have heat energy, you can no longer convert all of it back to other forms of energy.
There are some energy sources, such as wind energy, solar energy, and geothermal energy, that are available in abundance - basically for free. But please note that there is always a cost to convert such energy types into something useful. The energy is free; converting it into useful energy to run machinery is not free.
Any energy that either is no longer available to convert to useful energy types.
What makes electricity useful is that it is relatively easy to (a) transfer it over large distances, and (b) convert back and forth with other forms of energy.
