there are no microbes in water cycles. recently only rain making bacteria have been discovered wait for some years to come maybe more microbes will be discovered in this cycle.

Nitrogen fixation.
These are parts of the water cycle on the Earth.
In the case of nitrogen-fixating bacteria or other microorganisms living in symbiosis with plants, if plants are removed so too will the microorganisms.
Another name for the water cycle is the hydrologic cycle.
Both nitrogen cycle and carbon cycle require microorganisms to fulfill their role. Moreover they also help digestion in the stomach of many animals.
The oxygen cycle is a biogeochemical cycle that provides oxygen to the Earth. It involves the processes of photosynthesis by plants and phytoplankton, respiration by animals and microorganisms, and the breakdown of organic matter. Oxygen is released into the atmosphere during photosynthesis and taken in during respiration.
Salt absorb water and without water microorganisms are killed.

Chloroform can enter the water cycle through processes like runoff from land or discharge from industrial sources. Once in water, chloroform can partition between water and the atmosphere, leading to its release into the air through processes like evaporation. It can also be broken down by sunlight and certain microorganisms in water.
why ground water free from diseases and microorganisms?
Microorganisms play a key role in the nitrogen cycle by converting nitrogen from the atmosphere into forms that can be used by plants. This process, known as nitrogen fixation, is carried out by nitrogen-fixing bacteria. Other microorganisms, like nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria, are involved in converting nitrogen compounds into different forms throughout the cycle.
Nitrogen fixation.
The water cycle
The matter cycle would stop.
Many microorganisms are found naturally in fresh and saltwater.
