because of the great mass of the star, the gravity of it is very high. So after its death, it actually contracts so tightly that even protons and electrons combine to form neutron and thus results to a star called neutron star. If its previous mass is considerably low, then it could have become a white dwarf

Red dwarfs are not bright because they are not very luminous, they don't emit a lot of light.

Why do all white dwarfs have about the same mass?

All white dwarfs do not have about the same mass. White dwarfs vary in mass because the stars they form from are not all the same mass.

Do dwarfs mature at the proper age?

Some "Dwarfs" do not mature at a proper age........only because they believe that because they are still smaller than others they believe that they can act younger. Most "Dwarfs" mature at a proper age because they are mostly around people that are the same age as them.

Why are there no white dwarfs among the 100 brightest stars?

White dwarfs have very small surface areas compared to main sequence stars and therefore cannot emit as much light.

Do red dwarfs burn their fuel very slow?

What was the Seven Dwarfs house called?

The Dwarfs house is called the Dwarfs small cottage. In Disney's Snow White. There was no name in that cottage. But one author made a name of it 2 years after Disney made the cartoon version. The author named it Dwarfs small cottage because the Dwarfs were in a small cottage in the forest.

How can dwarfs be so bright when they are smaller than the sun?

Dwarfs, such as white dwarfs or brown dwarfs, are small in size but can still be very bright because they have high temperatures that produce intense luminosity. The brightness of a dwarf is determined by its surface temperature, not its physical size. Therefore, even though dwarfs are smaller than the sun, their high temperatures allow them to emit significant amounts of light.

Why do dwarfs lack the ability to grow taller?

Dwarfs cannot grow taller than 4 foot 10 for many reasons. There are approximately 200 medical conditions that can stop the growth in a dwarf, which vary.

Where do stars form in the milky way?

There are all kinds of stars in our Milky Way galaxy. Our sun is a G2V type star. There are red giants, blue giants, white dwarfs, red dwarfs, brown dwarfs, and probably even black dwarfs (burned out suns), neutron stars, and pulsars. There are also herbig-haro objects, a peculiar type of star that emits collimated bipolar jets of radiation.

What color star cannot be seen?

black dwarfs, cuz space is black too, so they would blend in with the night sky. red dwarfs would also be difficult to see, since they are very faint.
