Greenland and Madagascar were part of the supercontinent Pangaea. Greenland was located in the northern part of Pangaea near what is now North America, while Madagascar was positioned in the southern part near present-day Africa.

yes i want see map asia
At one point in history, the continents were joined together as a supercontinent called Pangaea. Over time, the movement of tectonic plates caused the continents to drift apart to form the world map we know today.
The earliest event shown on the map is the formation of Pangaea around 300 million years ago. This was the supercontinent that existed before breaking apart into the continents we see today.
Nothing with any detail; Pangaea broke up millions of years ago.
Pangaea was a supercontinent about 300 million years ago, comprising nearly all of Earth's landmasses. It had a single large landmass surrounded by a single ocean. The continents were clustered together, forming a giant landmass.
It shows that Pangaea was a long continent that crossed the equator. Asia & North America then split from the other continent. Antarctica split off the rest.

Pangaea is believed to have been a supercontinent that included all of the continents we know today in one giant landmass. A web address where an approximate picture of what Pangaea may have looked like can be found at the related link below. The "map" located at this link includes the countries as they are now, in order to show the original makeup of the continents.

In the Pangaea map, the eastern coast of South America fits closely with the western coast of Africa, illustrating the jigsaw puzzle-like nature of the continents. Additionally, the coastlines of North America and Europe/Asia align, particularly around the North Atlantic. Similarly, the southern parts of Africa and South America also show a complementary fit, supporting the theory of continental drift. These alignments highlight the historical connections between the continents before they separated.
