One reason could be that the heater was wired into the lighting circuit so that when the heater is turned on its high current draw causes the circuit breaker to "trip" to shut off the current.
A lighting circuit is intended to be used only for lights.
Further answer for USA, Canada and countries running a 60 Hz supply service.
A small electric heater - under 2 kilowatts in power - should only ever be connected into a branch circuit feeding power outlets, providing you have checked that the circuit's existing circuit breaker and cable size are of the appropriate ampacity to be able to take the extra current draw safely.
If it is over 2 kilowatts in power it should be connected into its own dedicated circuit using:

As always, if you are in doubt about what to do, the best advice anyone should give you is to call a licensed electrician to advise what work is needed.
Before you do any work yourself,
on electrical circuits, equipment or appliances,
always use a test meter to ensure the circuit is, in fact, de-energized.

As you say you had to reset the circuit breakers, the water heater's heating element may have "died" by shorting to Ground or Earth. This could be the reason why its circuit's breakers tripped to cut off the power. Time to buy a new water heater...? <><><> Typically, you should be able to tell a difference as quick as 15 minutes or so, but it may take well over an hour or two for it to reach "operating temperature". Some electric hot water heaters, you can even hear them as they heat, and you typically can the gas ones. Your biggest variables, assuming you're not using hot water as it heats, is the amount of water that is in the heater, as well as the heating power the heater puts out into the water. Electrics are practically 100% efficient, but gas ones are not even close, but they do operate at higher heater temps and can heat the water faster. <><><> It takes about an hour for a fifty gallon electric water heater to heat up.
Yes, I see no reason this couldn't be done. But first, make sure the current drawn by the heater is 80% or less than the rating of the circuit and outlet. As for connecting a cord to this heater, that, too, should be a simple matter. I would look for what we call a knock-out, which is a hole punched but not yet removed from the area where electrical connections are to be made. You will need to buy a NM cable connector large enough for the cable. If there is no knock-out or if it is not large enough for the connector you need, you can hole-saw a hole to the size you need. If there is not room to do this cleanly then you should contact a competent electrician for more specific advice.
Gregor Mendel reasoned that yellow seed color is dominant over green seed color based on his observation of the ratios of yellow to green seeds in his pea plant experiments. This led him to propose the concept of dominant and recessive traits in inheritance.
Shopkeepers using Havells lights could be due to various reasons. Havells lights may offer good quality at a reasonable cost, making them a popular choice. Additionally, they might be energy-efficient, providing cost savings in the long run. Shopkeepers may also prefer the brand for its reliability, durability, and overall performance.
Both work just as well. The only difference is what the supply voltage is at hand. Heaters are rated in watts. Your electric bill is rated in watts consumed per hour. Watts = Amps x Volts. An example, 500 watt heater at 120 volts will equal 4.16 amps. The same heater at 240 volts will equal 2.08 amps. As you can see if the voltage goes up the current goes down but the wattage total is always the same. That is the reason that you are billed on wattage, and not on what the service voltage or the current draw of the service is.
Most men who propose marriage are in love with the woman and wants to marry her and have a family with her.
If the dash lights go on and off and the heat won't turn off and electrical noise is coming from the heater, there could be a short in the wiring on a 1998 Blazer. This is also possible if the ground wire for these items is not longer attached.
"Propose" means to suggest or put forward an idea, plan, or intention for consideration. It can also refer to formally asking someone to marry you.
It's called water heater. There isn't a reason to heat hot water
who statement was "it is against all reason to suppose that this contient can long remain subject to any ectemal power
Propose her. There's a reason she has stayed around.
He proposed for the obvious reason... He loved her! there was something about her that he loved and now they are married happily! YAY!
In Jamaica in 1960's. But i suppose the reason why was for pure enjoyment.
an idiot, I suppose, for no other reason than curiosity.
There's no reason to suppose they thought that.
They were suppose to spread Christianity to all people.
Since they run in parallel, there's no way that a heater core will cause a radiator to get hot.
