Cold slush. Or just- slush. Or patchy ice, patchy snow. Hope this helps, :D

Actually they are the same; sleet is frozen rain, or ice pellets. This is not to be confused with FREEZING rain, which is rain that freezes near the ground level if it is colder than above. Sleet is already frozen when it hits.
they can all be changed into other matter in some way, i.e. water can be frozen to become a solid and ice can be melted to become a liquid, or water can be evaporated to become a gas and that type of gas can form into a cloud and rain to become a liquad
They all are made of water. Howewer snow is only frozen rain. Ice is simple frozen water.
Frozen rain droplets can form in thunderstorms when raindrops get carried into colder upper atmosphere regions where they freeze. These frozen droplets, called hail, can grow larger as they are carried by updrafts within the storm, eventually falling to the ground when they become too heavy to be supported by the updraft.
sleet
sleet i guess----------------------The above 'sleet' is correct for half frozen rain (that is falling). However half melted snow (on the ground) is called 'slush'.
Sleet
Another name for frozen rain is sleet. It is a type of frozen precipitation that consists of raindrops that have frozen before reaching the ground.

A word that describes frozen rain is ice.

Hail is frozen rain, but it is made by accretion high in the clouds. Rain that freezes on its way down to the surface is called sleet.

Partially frozen rain is called Snow. This is because when you usually see the first snow fall, it doesn't pile up on the ground right away. It takes time until there are many snow flakes. But what does happen is that it will melt right away. So it's not rain, all water, its not hail, totally frozen ice, but it's Snow. Frozen, but not to a great extent.
The main types of precipitation are rain, snow, sleet, and hail. Rain is liquid water droplets falling from the sky, while snow is ice crystals. Sleet is frozen raindrops or partially melted snowflakes, and hail is balls of ice that form in thunderstorms.
