Pretty sure its paramecium (phyla - ciliophora) Their shells are the most complex and have an outer layer called a pellicle that contains defense structures called trichocysts. (just reading it from my textbook)
Protozoa generally do not have plastids, as these organelles are primarily found in plants and some algae, where they are involved in photosynthesis. However, certain protozoan groups, such as euglenoids, contain plastid-like structures called chloroplasts that allow them to perform photosynthesis. These chloroplasts are derived from endosymbiotic algae. Overall, while most protozoa lack plastids, some specialized forms do possess them.
They are Unicellular.
The protozoa are larger and easier to see. There are a lot more bacteria because after all they are what the protozoa are feeding on but they at the very limit of resolution for most light microscopes. They are also less obvious because most don't move.
The ribosomes are the organelles most directly involved in protein synthesis, as they are the site where translation (the process of converting mRNA sequences into proteins) occurs. Ribosomes can be found both free-floating in the cytoplasm or attached to the endoplasmic reticulum.
The macronucleus is involved in asexual reproduction in ciliated protozoa, such as Paramecium. It controls most cellular functions, including growth and development, but is not directly involved in sexual processes.
There is no longer a Kingdom of Protists. They are not a monophyletic group (clade). So, the answer is some do some don't. Algae (a type of photosynthetic protist) tend to have a cell wall. Protozoa (the animal like protists) do not. Most single cell protozoa have a pellicle to protect the cell.

No , most of Protozoa are not photosynthetic hence can't produce O2 .
Only some protozoa are decomposers as giant Amoeba . Most protozoa are saprotrophic , some parasitic and some photosynthetic .
Ribosomes
Electrons are the part of an atom that is most directly involved in chemical bonding. They are responsible for the formation of bonds between atoms by being shared, transferred, or attracted to other atoms.

They are Unicellular.
The protozoa are one-celled animals and the smallest of all animals. Most of them can only be seen under a microscope.
