As we know that these days due to the excessive use of resources our earth is depleting day by day ... There will be a huge shortage of resources for the further generations to come ... I urge to all the people that do whatever you can do to save our mother earth . As it is rightly said that a collection of a single drop of water makes a pond to a river, a river to a sea and a sea to an ocean so its a polite request to all of you to save our resources a little and make it a great success . And most importantly save water and electricity which are becoming the least abundant resource on earth . I would surely like to say that save resources to save yourself and your future generations to come

we can save/store electricity in batteries but economically we can't save electricity in pump storage plant we used to store the water back in the dam at night time during low power demand which we can use during day time (high power demand). so its a type of storage of electricity in form of water head in dam.

Technology can indeed save money. An electricity monitor is a good example. It is able to tell you how much electricity a given appliance is using. When used with a computer monitor, it will be able to tell you how much electricity you are saving by powering the monitor off completely instead of leaving it on standby. When you save electricity, you save money.
In this context, to save electricity is "not to use it" rather than to "save it somewhere safe". The primary reason for consumers is that by not using electricity, you will not have to pay for it. The secondary reason is that if we, as consumers, use less electricity then the suppliers will not have to produce so much either which, in turn, means that less greenhouse gases will be produced at electricity generating stations.
