Yes. I recall a gallon can in the ET shop aboard my ship of the solvent for use by electronic technicians in cleaning electrical connections. It evaporated quickly and left no residue thus being a perfect solvent for electrical parts needing solid contact. And, of course, we wore no gloves or breathing protection so absorbed the vapors into our lungs and the liquid through our skin. It is now a known carcinogen that affects the liver, lungs, and kidneys.
