That is the million dollar question. Considering how the keystone cops in CA bungled the case from the start and CA's liberal hug the criminal justice system the answer is almost certainly NO. She "allegedly" cleaned and cleared the house of evidence before meeting police to go up there. A few minutes into their search, she realized they had stumbled on stolen video equipment and ordered them out of the house. Since the keystone cops had gone there with no warrant, they had to leave until they could get one later, giving her more time to clear evidence. She had already admitted to taking out boxes of video tapes of a graphic nature which no doubt were all the evidence needed to prove that both lake and ng had killed all the alleged victims.
