that's a bit tricky question. E.g. in B-lymphocytes, Endoplasmic reticulum with Golgi would that be. In theory, you could say that cytoplasm is the largest "structure". Usually, you would answer that the largest cellular structure is plasmatic membrane, but this is not intracellular.

So I conclude that in many cells, cytoskeleton is the largest intracellular structure. Cytoskeleton is quite wide in many cells.

By the way, in plants it is easier - usually, vacuole is definitely the largest structure in many plant cell types.
