The nervous system.
Skeletal system or the integumentary system
The systems of the body move and manage materials through various mechanisms such as the circulatory system, which uses the heart to pump blood carrying nutrients and waste products to different parts of the body. The respiratory system moves oxygen into the body and removes carbon dioxide. The digestive system processes food to extract nutrients, while the excretory system eliminates waste products.
They transport materials to and from the body, break up your food for absortion into the blood, help you breath, control mental and bodily functions, support and protect your body, help you move, and remove dead cells from your body.
The body itself is not an organ; rather, it is composed of a collection of organs, tissues, and systems that work together to facilitate movement. Muscles, bones, and joints are key components that enable the body to move.
The skeletal system provides the rigid structure that protects internal organs and supports our body, allowing us to stand and move. It consists of bones, cartilage, tendons, and ligaments that work together to give our body its framework.

Muscles help the body move but are controlled by the Brain/Nervous system.
to send shocks to body parts and tell them to move. to send shocks to body parts and tell them to move.

"circulatory"
Well, the circultory system moves blood through out the body but it does not move the bones. THe muscular system is what moves bones.
The Cell Membrane is a structure that forms the outer boundary and allows certain materials move in and out of cell.
