there is no atmosphere so we would not be able to leave spacesuits and the gravity is not as great as it is on earth so i dont know how the buildings will stay down
Mars is farther from the Sun than the Earth. The requirements to develop life on Mars were far less than on the Earth which had, at the time of the planets' formation, the ideal conditions to develop life.
Without a spacesuit, airtight building or other breathing apparatus, a human could live for about 3 minutes on Mars. With the right equipment, a human can live indefinitely on Mars.
Maybe you should learn the basic skills of grammar...
Astronomers are now certain that Mars had water - probably a great deal of water - at one time (it still does as ice in it's polar cap), and also had an atmosphere at one time (now, just a very, very thin CO2 atmosphere). The combination of the two, with lightning from atmospheric storms mixed in, are the basic ingredients for the most elemental life forms to begin developing. Bottom line? Mars may have had life at one time.
Several steps must be done before a civilization can thrive on Mars. Mars is a cold, barren land so the first steps would be to get a greenhouse effect on Mars.. building factories that actually produces gasses to warm the planet. With a rise in temperature the ice caps on the North pole will start to melt giving mars a liquid.. this step will take about 50 to 70 years to warm Mars. After that the bacteria moss will be introduced to Mars where CO2 can be changed into oxygen for life . It will take about 50 to a 100 years to make Mars livable. It is only a thought for now but I really think is possible
Almost. It has water which mean life, but... its atmosephere is to thin so we could not breath on it.
on sweet street on mars the only building their
Percival Lowell felt that the canals on Mars were indicative of the engineering efforts of an advanced civilization . We now know there were no canals; they were an optical illusion. But it is thought that Mars might have some microscopic life forms, as there is water and carbon available, the basic building blocks of life on Earth.
All the talk about the Mars rover is creating new interest in astronomy.
One requirement for driving is to have a drivers' license.
Sufficient for your requirements.
Many suspect that there was but there is no hard evidence yet.

To get water on mars will not be done by transportation but people will melt the ice caps by building factories to damage the ozone layer and warm the planet .
So far, nothing: people haven't visited Mars yet. A robot is easier to send to Mars than a human, it has less requirements and can be left stranded on Mars. However, some might consider it a worthwhile challenge to send humans to Mars. Or to other planets, moons, or asteroids, for that matter.
