We can cause chemical reactions in our bodies just through the way we think. Many people think, negatively, about their environment, and this causes chemicals, in the body, to be produced in excess, which can and eventually will cause our illnesses; STRESS. If we can affect our bodies to make us ill through thought, then we can also heal ourselves through thought or at least prevent ourselves from experiencing stress for very long.
