I'm pretty sure it is only Io which is a moon of Jupiter and Earth.
Edit: I can add another one and that's the moon of Neptune called Triton. As for the fourth, Venus may still be active.
Jupiter's moon Io may be the most volcanically active object in the solar system. Some of Io's volcanoes have been observed to erupt into orbit.
Jupiter's moon Io is the most volcanically active body in the solar system with over 400 active volcanoes. The volcanoes on Io produce lavas made of molten sulfur.
Jupiter's moon, Ganymede, is the only moon in the solar system known to have its own magnetic field. This magnetic field is believed to be generated by a liquid iron core, similar to Earth's. No other moon in our solar system has a magnetic field.
The four bodies in the solar system known to exhibit volcanic activity are Earth, Venus, Jupiter's moon Io, and Saturn's moon Enceladus. Earth has numerous active volcanoes, while Venus has many large volcanoes and evidence of recent volcanic activity. Io is the most volcanically active body in the solar system, with numerous active volcanoes due to intense tidal heating. Enceladus displays cryovolcanism, erupting water vapor and ice from its subsurface ocean.
Most active volcanoes in the solar system are found on Jupiter's moon Io. Io's volcanic activity is due to its proximity to Jupiter, which causes intense gravitational forces that generate tidal heating within the moon's interior, leading to frequent volcanic eruptions.
Jupiter's moon Io is the most volcanically active world in the Solar System
Yes. Io is the most volcanically active object in the solar system.
Volcanoes, it is the most volcanically active body in the solar system.
Jupiter's moon Io may be the most volcanically active object in the solar system. Some of Io's volcanoes have been observed to erupt into orbit.
Yes. Io is one of the moons of Jupiter. It is the most volcanically active object in the solar system
Io, one of Jupiter's moons, is known to be volcanically active. It has more than 400 active volcanoes, making it the most geologically active body in our solar system. The volcanic activity on Io is a result of tidal heating caused by its interactions with Jupiter and its neighboring moons.
Zero. Io is the most volcanically active body in our solar system. It does not have an atmosphere, so will not have any rain.
Io, one of Jupiter's moons, is the most volcanically active body in the solar system. The reason for this is tidal heating which is created by the gravitational pull of Jupiter and the other three Galilean moons.
Jupiter's moon Io is the most volcanically active body in the solar system with over 400 active volcanoes. The volcanoes on Io produce lavas made of molten sulfur.
The Earth and possibly Venus (but nothing has been confirmed, just suspected). Note: The moon Io of Jupiter is the most volcanically active body in the Solar System.
Earth and Jupiter's moon Io are known to be volcanically active.Venus, maybe volcanically active, but no positive observations have been made.Cryovolcanism [See related link] can also be found on Triton, Titan, Europa, Enceladus and Dione.
Jupiter's moon, Ganymede, is the only moon in the solar system known to have its own magnetic field. This magnetic field is believed to be generated by a liquid iron core, similar to Earth's. No other moon in our solar system has a magnetic field.
