Dolphins and supposedly apes and monkeys are the most intelligent mammals on our planet. And I guess I should put that we are mammals too. Which makes us another mammal that is the most intelligent (well, some of us). :0)
The most complex and intelligent vertebrate is generally considered to be humans. Human intelligence is characterized by advanced cognitive abilities such as problem-solving, language, reasoning, and self-awareness, which surpass those of all other vertebrate species.
Eutheria is a subclass of mammals that includes placental mammals, which give birth to live young that have been nourished in utero by a placenta. Eutherians are the most diverse and successful group of mammals on Earth, and they include humans, elephants, dogs, and whales.
Birds are warm-blooded like mammals and lay eggs as some mammals do. But mammals are characterized as nursing their young, which no birds do (although some male penguins have a way of feeding newborns). Birds are also different from most mammals in these ways: 1) Birds have wings, although some can't fly (penguins, emus, ostriches) 2) They have feathers to aid with flying and waterproofing. Most mammals have fur or hair all over their body. 3) They lay eggs which are fertilized inside of the females (the eggs come out in the same form whether fertilized or not). 4) They have hollow bones whereas mammals have filled bones. 5) Most have a beak or a bill of some kind. 6) The shape of the body: most often a teardrop-shaped body and a long neck with two legs. Most mammals have four limbs with paws or feet to walk on. 7) Most birds have claws and a three-toed foot with the extra toe at the back.
In order to answer this question one must first come up with a basis in which to measure intelligence. Once that is established questions that meet said criterion may be used to measure the intelligence of a question - until the most intelligent questions are asked.
I'm not sure if they do but a giraffe and a human both have seven so I'm guessing they do.
Homo sapiens
"Most intelligent" ? - I wasn't aware definitive tests on that had been carried out.
They are dumb in comparison to humans, but they get over the average, seeing as there exists so many invertebrates.
No. Generally speaking mammals are more intelligent than non-mammals
Many people argue that dolphins are the smartest mammal.-You've got to admit that has a point, they don't go to work, pay taxes, have to buy and maintain cars - just swim around and sunbathe in the ocean all day -seems pretty smart to me !
The comparative and superlative forms of intelligent are more intelligent and most intelligent.
Many primates, porpoises, whales, parrots, ravens and crows are all quite intelligent.
"Intelligent" doesn't have a comparative and superlative form. Instead, you would say "more intelligent" or "most intelligent."
most intelligent
The comparative form of "intelligent" is "more intelligent," and the superlative form is "most intelligent."
More intelligent,Most intelligent.
more intelligent, most intelligent
