The four routes of circulation in the body are pulmonary circulation (heart to lungs and back), systemic circulation (heart to body and back), coronary circulation (heart's blood supply), and portal circulation (digestive organs to liver and back).
The circulatory and lymphatic systems both have the spleen in common. The muscular and skeletal systems share the bones as organs. The respiratory and digestive systems both have the mouth as a common organ.

Groups of organs working together form organ systems, which are collections of organs that work in coordination to carry out specific functions within the body. Organ systems regulate different biological processes such as digestion, respiration, circulation, and excretion. Examples of organ systems include the respiratory system, circulatory system, and nervous system.
The heart pumps blood to different parts of the body through small tubes called blood vessels. The human body has two circulatory systems. Pulmonary Circulation and Systemic Circulation. Pulmonary Circulation - blood flows from the heart to the lungs and then back from lungs to heart. Systemic Circulation - blood flows from the heart to other organs in the body and back from other organs to the heart.

Flies and humans have different organ systems based on their evolutionary adaptations. While flies have organs for feeding, digestion, circulation, and reproduction like humans, their anatomy is specialized for their unique ecological niche, which includes characteristics like compound eyes, specialized mouthparts for feeding, and simple respiratory systems.
There are open circulatory systems and there are closed circulatory systems. In the open systems found in insects and invertebrates the fluid which carries the blood does not remain within any vessels but rather it bathes the cells of the organs thus transfering the nutrients. In a closed system the blood remains within blood vessels like in the case with humans and the nutrients are diffused out of these vessels to the cells of the organs.
The body system will interact to ensure that the body functions and grows. All the main systems and organs will coordinate to ensure that the body works properly. The main systems in the body include respiratory, blood circulation, digestive and excretory systems.
