What are ways to stop a super volcano?

I believe that it is very possible to create a super power plant that releases the stored energy in the magna chamber as fast or faster than the earth creates it and uses it to drive steam turbines to provide a major new source of energy. Some of this kind of technology is already being used it is called geothermal energy. We both desperately need new sources of energy and to stop super volcanoes from erupting and destroying life, as we know it. Yellowstone could erupt at anytime now, as it is literally overdue. Given the benefits of being able to create super power plants are over thirty sites throughout the world and saving mankind at the same time we should doubtless be spending more money on such a project than on the worlds space programs and total highway construction combined. You can use Concrete and other hard rocks/substances to make a volcanic plug which stops the lava flow. You can also measure the amount of methane and argon in the volcano, this wouldn't stop it but would give you an average date for the eruption. Mount St Helens in the year 2004 is a perfect example.

It is good that these plates move, because it indicates that this planet is a "live planet". planets on which tectonic plates do not move are considered "dead planets". If a volcano is going to erupt near you, the best thing to do is to get away from the volcano.
