The carboxylic acid group or -COOH group makes it acidic
Thermal stability increases down a group because the atomic size increases, leading to weaker intermolecular forces and greater distance between atoms, making it harder for the atoms to come together and react. Additionally, the lower electronegativity of larger atoms down the group makes them less likely to form covalent bonds with other atoms, enhancing their thermal stability.

Buffered aspirin contains an additional ingredient, usually calcium carbonate or magnesium oxide, that helps to neutralize stomach acid and reduce irritation to the stomach lining. This makes buffered aspirin less likely to cause gastrointestinal side effects such as irritation, ulcers, or bleeding compared to regular aspirin.
The remainder group or R Group. An amino acid is constituted by the amine group, the carboxylic acid group, and the side chain (AKA Remainder group). It's the chemistry of the side chain that makes an amino acid unique from the other amino acids.
The most abundant rock group in Earth's crust is the silicate group, which makes up over 90% of the Earth's crust. Silicate minerals are composed of silicon and oxygen atoms, combined with other elements like aluminum, iron, magnesium, and calcium.
theres acid in it
Aspirin is occassionally added to other multi-medication elixirs. Also, an aspirin elixir (baby aspirin) is also available. I seem to recall Bayer makes it, but I may be wrong.
because it just makes people better and ting

Cortal is Aspirin so it makes fever and headaches go away.

Atoms combine with other atoms to form compound. It makes the atoms stable.

If I recall correctly, it's because they don't have any electrons in their atoms. Atoms react in order to get a full set of 8 electrons, and the less electrons an atom has, the more likely they are to react.
Aspirin is known for solving migraines and headaches.
Group 0 elements, also known as noble gases, have a full outer electron shell which makes them very stable and unreactive. They do not readily gain or lose electrons to form ions because doing so would disrupt their stable electron configuration.
