The heart is not part of the nervous system. It is a muscular organ responsible for pumping blood throughout the body, while the nervous system includes the brain, spinal cord, and nerves that transmit signals and coordinate bodily functions. Other organs, such as the lungs and liver, also fall outside the nervous system.
In weightlessness, fluids in the body tend to move towards the head, causing increased pressure in the blood vessels there. This can lead to a temporary increase in blood volume in the upper body and a decrease in the lower body. Additionally, changes in gravity can affect the body's ability to regulate blood pressure and circulation.
First of all, the nervous system is like the central commanding centre of the body. Your breathing rate, homeostasis, your muscle movement - almost all systemic activities are regualted by the nervous system. When the nervous system gets disconnected from the rest of the body as in the case of a break in the spinal cord (for example), paralysis can occur. This is because the body as a whole needs instructions and these instructions have to be given by some organ/organ system. Take for example, a simple problem like dehydration. Your blood volume can decrease, which means your blood pressure can fall. When such an event occurs, hormones are secreted via a cascade to allow retention of more quantity of water from the kidney while filtration, allowing your blood volume to come back to some semblance of normalcy. So, each little environmental or internal event that can hamper the normal functioning of the body is counteracted by the decisions of the nervous system. Even muscular movement, especially involuntary, could not occur without the guidance of the nervous system. As such, the nervous system is the most important system in the body.
your skin is a big help in protecting against all sorts of things, and is the biggest organ you have. yes even bigger than the large and/or small intestine. your skull protects your brain from contact. your eyelids protect your eyes. there are tons of defense mechanisms on and in your body. Also the skeletal system is located right under the thick layer of muscle. If you break a bone, it can be healed, it wont be broke forever. Your bones are very important. If we didn't have them, we would FALL down.
When blood oxygen levels fall suddenly, the body responds by increasing the heart rate and breathing rate to enhance oxygen intake and delivery to tissues. The respiratory center in the brain signals the lungs to take deeper breaths, increasing oxygen exchange. Additionally, the body may redistribute blood flow to vital organs, such as the brain and heart, to ensure they receive adequate oxygen. Hormonal responses, such as the release of erythropoietin, can stimulate red blood cell production over time to improve oxygen transport.
The digestive system is working and the body is moving
Digestive.
The appendix is part of the digestive system. The base of the appendix is at a fairly constant location, 2 cm below the ileocecal valve.
Hypertension falls under the cardiovascular system, which encompasses the heart and blood vessels. It refers to the condition of having consistently elevated blood pressure, which can lead to various health issues, including heart disease and stroke. Managing hypertension is crucial for maintaining overall cardiovascular health.
The heart, as it pumps warm blood throughout the body.
In the Dewey Decimal System, books on the human body typically fall under the 610 range (610-619). This classification includes topics related to medicine, health, anatomy, and physiology.
Leukemia doesn't affect your body, it affects your circulatory system and affects your blood, but sometimes your hair can fall out depending on how severe your leukemia is.
That would be a forensic scientist.

The Heart pumps your blood around your body because if it didn't you would die. You would die, because blood creates energy around your body, and if a certain part (let's say it's the leg) doesn't get enough blood there, it would fall asleep, and eventually fall off. Do you want your leg to fall off? No. If too many parts fall off, you die.
Ask some body
the skeletal system is one of the main systems of the body, which help us to maintain our posture and stand straight.skeletan means bones, and so bones belong to the skeleton system.
