Lots of people drink coffee and coca cola every day and this isn't a very good thing for the body because people who drink too much can have problems such as: no sleeping, stressfulness, dizziness, addiction, headaches and strained eyes. Addiction is not good because some of these things can be VERY harmful and it may not seem that way at first. When addicted it's hard to not get off it because it is like a drug!

Apart from the various risks associated with sleep disturbances, there are no confirmed long-term ill effects from caffeine taken in moderation (less than four cups of coffee or the equivalent -- about 400 mg. of caffeine -- daily).
