The Golgi apparatus is the organelle in eukaryotic cells responsible for processing, packaging, and distribution of molecules, such as proteins and lipids. It modifies proteins and lipids made by the endoplasmic reticulum before they are packaged into vesicles for transport within or outside the cell.
The Golgi apparatus moves proteins and lipids in and out of the cell. It processes, sorts, and packages these molecules into vesicles for transport to different parts of the cell or for secretion outside of the cell.
glucose (sugar) can diffuse through cell membranes
By not having a cell wall (cellulose) the animal cells are not rigid. When the cells are not rigid, they can move. If animal cells would have cells walls, animals wouldn't be able to move and be static as a plant. Also cells explode without cell wall. Actually plant cells do move...the roots move slowly down into the soil and the leaves move toward the light. Animal cells do not explode without a cell wall. They are stable enough with a few proteins and cholesterol in their membranes.

from where ? it depends on where in the cell you are talking about
The Golgi body is responsible for packaging proteins for the cell. Once the proteins are produced by the rough E.R. they pass into the sack like cisternae that are the main part of the Golgi body. These proteins are then squeezed off into the little blebs which drift off into the cytoplasm.

The Golgi apparatus receives proteins from the rough ER, modifies them by adding sugars and lipids, and sorts them into vesicles for transport to different parts of the cell or for secretion outside the cell. In this way, the Golgi apparatus processes and packages proteins synthesized in the rough ER for distribution and use by the cell.
genetics
Ribosomes make proteins on the rough ER. The proteins are packages into vesicles. The vesicles transport the newly made proteins from the rough ER to the Golgi apparautus. In the Golgi apparautus, proteins are pocessed and then packages into new versicles. Many of these varsicles move to the cells membran and release their contents outside the cell.

The process by which molecules of sugar pass through an animal cell membrane is called facilitated diffusion. In this process, sugar molecules move across the cell membrane with the help of specific transport proteins. These transport proteins create channels for the sugar molecules to pass through, allowing them to replenish the cell's supply of sugar.
