I don't think there is any difference, but there is a cell wall & chloroplast in a plant cell that's not in an animal cell. I'm not sure if that help but it's true :)
The mitochondria , because it has its own DNA and it was evolved sepratlly from the prokaryotic cells millions of years ago :) Also, each and every cellular component may be identified from its shape.
