Liquids are the perfect example of something that changes shape without changing volume. If the conditions remain the same (for example NPT), liquids can change shape arbitrarily without changing volume.

Under the right conditions, most things can change shape without changing volume, if you count those which are held by some construct (gases expand infinitely but you can have them inside a bottle, inside a balloon, etc).

Solids usually have very limited freedom to change shape, but even the hardest of solids has an elasticity and a plasticity limit. If you do not go beyond the plasticity limit then, under right conditions, it is possible to change the shape of a solid without changing its volume. Of course, for many solids the limit is so low that it is nearly impossible to change their shape without breaking them. In these cases we might say that, in practice, they cannot change shape maintaining their volume. Actually, we could say they can't even change shape.

To change the shape of most solids at NTP, without changing their volume, would require technology we do not have.

Essentially, you could say most things can change shape without changing volume, even if those changes are extremely small.
