YES!!! THere are two tropic Lines. One each to the north and south of the Equator. Tropic of Cancer to the North of the Equator at latitude 23.5 degrees N Tropic of Capricorn to the South of the Equator at latitude 23.5 degrees S. The Sun on its yearly movement(angular height in the sky), does NEITHER go North of the Tropic on Cancer NOR South of the Tropic on Capricorn.
