Black holes aren't a measure of matter. They are immense forces of gravity so strong not even light can escape it (I.e the name BLACK hole). So, while you cannot technically measure a black holes weight you could hypotheticallly measure it's denisity by measuring it's gravitational pull on an object and rationalize that with it's mass.
