For the torso, 3 layers, 1st is a tight fitting long underwear, 2nd a fleece or syntheric isulater layer, 3rd down jaket and snow pants. In bad weather they put on a outer shell, you would recognize all the cool patches and such. Above 30,000 ft it is a full down snow suit and mitten instean of gloves for extra warmth...
