positive and negative stands for either Rhesus Positive or Rhesus negative which means that a persons Red blood cells (RBC) either have D antigens on their cell surface membranes or not. a person who is Rhesus negative will have D Antibodies in the blood plasma and can only be given Rhesus negative blood types in a blood transfusion. Rhesus positive blood types can be given either D+ or D- in a blood transfusion as they have no D antibodies in their blood plasma. hope this helps
Yes. They are compatible. Your doctor will give you injection of Anti D if you are having negative blood group and husband is having positive blood group. Injection is given within 72 hours of delivery if baby is having positive blood group.
If its contamination your talking about.ALL if not only O.
No. The child will be either group A or group B, but not group O. This is because the father can donate only a group A gene or a group B gene, so since group A and group B are dominant over group O, the child could not have group O blood.
Yes, people with blood group O positive (O+) are considered universal donors for Rh-positive blood recipients. However, they can only donate blood to individuals with compatible blood types, including A+, B+, AB+, and O+.
no there is no harm
of course.
Yes. Blood type should not be a factor in who you marry.
Yes
it means positive group
possibility not
Yes, theoretically a person with AB+ blood group can accept blood of any other group. But practically it is not practiced.
Yes.... because blood trait A is dominant on blood trait O... the child will then have blood group A
normally they have "o" plus or negative.
yes
yes. all of the blood types can marry any other blood type.
The child will have AB as her Blood group Not necessarily. If maternal blood group is A(AO) and paternal group is B(BO) then baby could inherit A from mum and O from dad - O is always recessive so blood group would be A Rh grouping (neg or pos) is inherited as a triplet code so could be either pos or neg
