What does the planet Neptune's landscape look like?

Neptune's landscape looks like ice.

Neptune is a large gas planet, if it has a surface, it will consist of liquid or frozen gases that make up most of it's mass. It could be perfectly smooth or it could be broken and rough, we have not probed to it's surface so we really do not know what it looks like.

It is blue because of the methane gasses in the atmosphere.

Bright blue, almost exactly like Uranus. It appears dark blue though a telescope or pictures from satellites because of the way the light is reflected through a lens off of methane.

It also has three very faint white to light blue rings around it, which are almost invisible to the naked eye. Occasionally there are large, black spots on the planet which can exist for a few years before vanishing, these are anticyclonic storms.

Neptune's landscape is thought to consist mainly of a dense atmosphere of hydrogen, helium, and methane. The planet's surface is believed to be covered in a deep layer of icy materials, such as water, ammonia, and methane ice. Due to its distance from the sun, Neptune is a cold and distant world with extreme weather patterns, including powerful storms and high-speed winds.
