Electrons form the basis for electric charge of atoms. Chemistry, in it's most basic form, is the study of atoms and how they interact to form molecules.
The biggest influence by far of this interaction is through the electric charge that the atoms have, and how they attract and repel to form molecules. Hence the saying, chemistry is all in the electrons.
No, not at all. The row tells you the energy level of the outermost electrons. So, in row 6 (Period 6) all the elements have electrons in the 6th energy level. The number of electrons in the outer shell is given by the group number (column).
Perhaps you mean involved. If you do mean evolved then my left shoe, a maglev train and the expansion of the universe.Though arguments can be forwarded to say chemistry is involved with all evolution.
extremely important. Although not everyone may feel this way but for me personally, It has affected my relationships in the past... Everything around you is chemistry. The air you breathe, the water you drink, and the food you eat is all centered around the properties of atoms and their electrons.
It is sort of. If you include organic chemistry it is all about the studies of chemistry in life and is related to the environment.
If atoms didn't have electrons then you wouldn't be asking this question. No electrons means no elements, no elements mean no building blocks for life or basically anything, no anything means nothing. we'd all die.

There is no ion with the same number of electrons (= 11). Mg+ and Ne- do NOT exsist in normal chemistry. However Na+ and Mg2+ and Ne all have (equally) 10 electrons.
"Chemistry" is done by the outer valance shell of electrons, NOT by the nucleus.
The branch of science that deals with the identification of the substances of which matter is composed; the investigation of their properties and the ways in which they interact, combine, and change; and the use of these processes to form new substances.
The outermost electrons in an atom that are responsible for all chemistry are known as valence electrons.
since you said chemistry this should be the answer, the one i have in mind.. in an atom there are protons and neutrons in the middle or nucleus, fling around that are electrons. protons, neutrons, and electrons are subatomic particles (makes the atom stable when it's the same number of all three. google it!
Nope. Not at all.

knows no reason or rhyme
it is just another saying to insult people when you want to say something mean for no reason at all
Its just an old saying, it doesnt really mean anything all the person is say is that what your saying has nothing to do with what they are talking about.. does that answer your question? Maybe
The "mean", or "mean average" in full, is obtained by adding up all the numbers and then dividing by the number of numbers there are. It is saying that if the numbers were all the same, this is what they would be.
