tissue fluid gives their requirements in correct time
Interstitial fluid
I read somewhere that it does not. perhaps because all of it is used up by the body cells.
Tissue fluid is produced by the filtration of blood through capillaries in the body. This filtered fluid contains oxygen, nutrients, and other essential substances that are important for cells. It is drained back into the circulation through lymphatic vessels, which help maintain fluid balance in the body and remove waste products.
Blood is a fluid connective tissue in the body, not a single cell. It is composed of various types of cells, such as red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets, suspended in a liquid matrix called plasma.
Tissue fluid is the the fluid that surrounds the bodies cells, or technically it "bathes" the cells in the body or cleans them.

tissue fluid or interstitial fluid
blood tissue is a tissue which transports the red blood cells ,white blood cells and platelets around the human body.
Plasma is the liquid component of blood that contains proteins and cells, while tissue fluid is the liquid that surrounds cells and tissues in the body. Plasma is found within blood vessels, while tissue fluid is found outside of blood vessels in the interstitial spaces. Plasma is involved in transporting nutrients, waste, and other substances throughout the body, while tissue fluid provides a medium for cells to exchange nutrients and waste with blood.
Interstitial fluid is the liquid which surrounds the cells in the body. The function of intestitial fluid is to carry substances between the blood and the tissue cells. Substances passing out of the blood capillaries eg food, oxygen, pass through the interstitial fluid to reach the body cells. Substances produced by the cells eg carbon dioxide waste, pass through the tissue fluid to enter the blood capillaries. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interstitial_fluid
Tissue fluid accomplishes many functions necessary for the body's cells to survive and work together. The first is support. Cells suspended in fluid are protected from damage caused by the vibrations of an animal's movement. More importantly, tissue fluid acts as a medium for cells to send chemical messages to one another. A related function is that the fluid acts as a waste disposal system for every cell it surrounds.
Body cells are just... cells. Body cells make up body tissue.
