Somethings can effect growth. Some can be for bad and some can be for good. Like if you drink alot of coffee or things with caffine, when you are a young person, that can keep your bones from making progress. You see, what happens is, they put a plack on your body, its kind of like a cement coding. when in cement a element cant move at all. when that happens, you stay at the heigh that you are, you may grow a bit but, not much. good things that can effect growth. when you eat alot of your veggies, that gives your body the ability to stretch, in the good way of course.
