External respiration refers to the exchange of gases between the lungs and the blood, primarily occurring in the alveoli through diffusion, where oxygen is absorbed into the bloodstream and carbon dioxide is released. Internal respiration, on the other hand, is the exchange of gases between the blood and the body tissues, also occurring via diffusion, where oxygen is delivered to cells and carbon dioxide is collected for removal. Both processes rely on the concentration gradients of oxygen and carbon dioxide to facilitate gas movement.
External respiration occurs in the lungs where oxygen diffuses into the blood and carbon dioxide diffuses into the alveolar air. Internal respiration occurs in the metabolizing tissues, where oxygen diffuses out of the blood and carbon dioxide diffuses out of the cells.
The two types of fertilization are 1. Internal fertilization 2. External fertilization Internal fertilization takes place within the body of the female. External fertilization takes place outside the body of female. It takes place by layong eggs.
Respiration take place in it. Anaerobic respiration is taken place
Of course respiration takes place when you are sleeping! You have to breath to live. So unless you are a zombie then yes respiration occurs when you are sleeping as well as when you are awake.
Anaerobic respiration
External Respiration is the exchange of O2 and CO2 between the body and the environment. It involves moving air in and out of the lungs and the exchange of gases between the alveoli and the blood capillaries. The gases must also be exchanged between the blood capillaries and the cells of the body. This is called internal respiration. Some sources say this is the same as tissue respiration, but to me that means the chemical reactions which take place in our cells to release energy, the most usual of which is glucose + oxygen --> carbon dioxide and water.

the fertilization takes place inside the fem. body ..........(internal) the fertilization takes place outside the female body ...(external)
External respiration occurs in the lungs where oxygen diffuses into the blood and carbon dioxide diffuses into the alveolar air. Internal respiration occurs in the metabolizing tissues, where oxygen diffuses out of the blood and carbon dioxide diffuses out of the cells.
Trade which takes place inside the boundaries of a country is known as internal trade. If trade crosses the four boundaries of a country and trade takes place with other countries of the world, it is known as external trade. Both in internal and external trade, selling and buying takes place but there are some differences between internal trade and external trade. To substitute an internal device with an external device, first go into the CMOS setup and disable the internal device.
Respiration means the action of breathing. It takes place no differently in farm animals as in other mammals - using internal lungs.

Internal communication refers to the communication that takes place within people of different level within a company. On the other hand, external communication takes place in exchanging messages of a company to another organization in an informal way.
The internal movement of goods in a supply chain is the paperwork of the external movement of the goods. The external movement is bringing the supply from one place to the other. Internal movement is the tracking of supplies.
