Well, generally, the cell is controlled by the functions of the nucleus. It controls everything, and work together with other organelles. Each organelle is responsible for functions of the cell's processes.

Nucleus - core of the cell, responsible for mitosis (replication of the cell), making mRNA (transcription), etc

Mitochondria - Production of ATP (Adenosine Tri phosphate)

Golgi Apparatus - synthesis of proteins, like guiding them as to where they go

Lysosome - Excretion of proteins, or anything that the cell does not require

Endoplasmic Reticulum - Site for making proteins, for ribosomes for translation.

And many more.

But you also have things such as membranes, cytoplasm, etc. which also have their own functions.

Generally, they all collaborate with eachother, and they all do different things. But the control center of all functions and processes, is the nucleus.

How are cells able to grow develop and repreduce?

Cells are able to grow, develop, and reproduce through processes such as cell division, DNA replication, and protein synthesis. These processes allow cells to increase in size, differentiate into specialized cell types, and create new cells through mitosis or meiosis. Regulatory mechanisms within the cell ensure that these processes occur in a controlled and coordinated manner.
