What happens to harp seals when the ice melts?

The baby seals that have yet to learn to swim hence they need a place to lay while they develope and the adults need a place to breed out of the water. They also sleep above water as well as in water. Due to the ice melting, there has been a huge decline in numbers as the babies drown and less breeding is taking place. Harp seals are now being spotted in parts they have not been found in prior years for breeding.
