The result would be a titanic and catastrophic cataclysm, in which both planets
would be destroyed.
There is no record in human history of such a situation ever having occurred.
The planets will fall into the sun and get destroyed.
No, it is not possible to physically touch planets as they are massive celestial bodies existing in space. Additionally, most planets in our solar system are composed of gas, rock, and other elements, making them uninhabitable and impossible to land on.
the temperature on the planet tend to get colder
The five outer planets are the ones with bigger orbits than the Earth, which are Mars and the four giant planets. The outer planets can be seen at their brightest at midnight, when they are at opposition. That never happens for the inner planets Mercury and Venus.
A planet can not have planets.it probably can have planets say somehow 2 planets crashed together then exploded and little pieces come from the planet
if you touch a snake nothing happens

No. Almost never happens. Depends on how well aligned you mean, occasionally all the planets will be within 45° (as seen from the Sun) or within a cone that has the vertex at the Sun and has an opening of 30°, this happens every decade or so. All the planets can never align less than 2° because the deviation from the ecliptic for some of the planets is greater than this.
Touch
Rocky planets and gaseous planets.
Nothing special.
