When the anterior talofibular ligament (ATFL) is attenuated, it becomes stretched or weakened, compromising its ability to stabilize the ankle joint. This can lead to increased joint laxity, making the ankle more susceptible to sprains and instability, particularly during activities involving lateral movements. Patients may experience pain, swelling, and a feeling of insecurity in the ankle, potentially affecting their range of motion and overall function. Proper rehabilitation and, in some cases, surgical intervention may be necessary to restore stability.

When a disc indents the anterior thecal sac in the spine, it can cause compression of the spinal cord or nerve roots, leading to symptoms such as pain, weakness, and numbness in the affected area. This compression can result in conditions like disc herniation or spinal stenosis, which may require medical intervention to relieve the pressure on the nerves.
The area that you tore the ligament will be extremely sensitive and won't be able to be used or tampered with for quite a while. In sports, you would most likely be out for the season.
A sprain - The medial collateral ligament is on the inner side of your knee and is tight when your leg is straight. It's a strong ligament but can be sprained or completely ruptured (torn) if you twist your straightened leg at the same time as being knocked sideways, for example, when being tackled in rugby.

a sprain happens if a ligament is torn
You walk funny.
It involves the gingiva, periodontal ligament, and alveolar bone
When a ligament tears as the bone slips out of place, it can lead to joint instability and reduced function. This can cause pain, swelling, and limited range of motion in the affected joint. In severe cases, surgery may be required to repair the torn ligament and restore stability to the joint.
There's no such thing as a "sprained bone." A sprain is a partial tear of a ligament or tendon; it's not an injury to a bone.
A sprain is an overstretched or torn ligament. A stretched ligament will remain stretched. It happens when undue tension is placed upon the ligament. A ligament can stretch to only about 6% of its length before it snaps. A partially torn ligament will slowly repair itself. The process is slow because the ligaments are poorly vascularized. When a ligament is completely torn, it requires surgical intervention. If left untreated, an inflammation of the surrounding joint will break down surrounding tissue and turn the injured ligament into 'mush'. It is a very difficult procedure. An important ligament that is severely damaged must be removed and replaced with a graft or a substitute ligament. ( ex: tendon from a muscle or woven collage bands can be stapled to the articulating bones)
If you have sprained your ankle previously you may have already completely ruptured the ligament (ATF ligament, likely). Subsequent experiences of rolling your ankle may result in rupturing blood vessels (leading to swelling/bruising) but little pain because there is no ligament left to actually sprain. That, and you are likely quite lax in the ankle joint, meaning it happens easily.
Ligaments must be able to stretch so that when the arm stretches, the ligament stretches too if it doesn't you will going to feel pain.

Somtimes, if you are lucky, you just fracture your leg. But in most cases, you'll die almost as soon as it happens, you should be very cafeful? Are you a survivor? My sister wasn't.

The circular muscles contract and expand in co-ordination with the longitudinal muscle in series such as that if the posterior muscle are expanded and the anterior circular muscles are contracted the worm pushes and stretches its front end forward. The anterior muscles then expand to anchor its front end by use of the setae and the rear end is pulled forward. All this happens in a smooth and rhythmic motion.
