Use HSC13 by Westech Aerosol. I've worked before in a shop and used this glue to bond mattresses. It's very effective and unlike the other adhesives sold in the market today, hsc13 is not dangerous to our health since it does not contain any hazardous air pollutants. It does not stain as well. I carry it along at work because it's portable. Try using hsc13 and see for yourself.

The representative peak heat release rate for a sofa made of polyurethane foam is approximately 300 to 400 kW/m². This value can vary based on factors such as the specific formulation of the foam and the presence of other materials in the sofa's construction. Polyurethane foam is known for its high flammability, which contributes to its significant heat release during combustion.
Polyurethane foam insulation is the most popular insulation on the market today. It is easily installed, it is sprayed into the walls where it coats and hardens. All home improvement stores carry it.
The peak heat release for a sofa made of polyurethane foam typically ranges from 500 to 1,000 kW/m², depending on the specific formulation and construction of the foam. This high heat release rate can pose significant fire hazards, as polyurethane foam can ignite quickly and contribute to rapid fire spread. Fire safety standards and treatments are crucial in mitigating these risks in upholstered furniture.
It is not recommended to spray paint polyurethane foam directly as the chemicals in the spray paint can cause the foam to deteriorate or melt. It is better to use a primer specifically designed for foam surfaces before painting.
CPI spray is made of Polyurethane Foam. Polyurethane Foam is made by adding water to polyurethane plastics.

Polyurethane will kill you if you eat it.
Polyurethane foam can potentially trigger allergic reactions in some individuals due to its chemical composition and off-gassing. It may not be considered hypoallergenic for those sensitive to chemicals or respiratory irritants.
The reaction between an isocyanate prepolymer and a polyol in the presence of a blowing agent with an amine as catalyst results in the formation of polyurethane foam. Different types of polyurethane foams like flexible polyurethane foam, rigid polyurethane foam, thermoplastic polyurethane etc. are widely used for a variety of purposes.Polyurethane foams are mainly used in bedding and carpet underlay, furniture, rigid foam insulation panels, gaskets, electrical potting compounds, durable elastomeric wheels & tires etc. With an increase in its applications, the market demand for PU foams is also increasing. There are several general trading companies that are well known to be the leading polyurethane foam suppliers, PU foam scrap supplier, polyurethane trim foam supplier etc. If you are concentrated in the UAE, the Middle East or African regions, then I would like to suggest the UAE based general trading company Fortune Emirates.
