By ounce, you mean fluid ounce, a volume unit. A teaspoon is about 5 ml, so the closest common measurement would be 1/4 teaspoon since there isn't a 1/5 teaspoon.

However, 1 ml is approximately 1/30th of an ounce.

To avoid conversion error - and that includes error from rounding off, measure everything in millilitres and don't use ounces.
