Barcelona's formation traditionally (this year also) is a 4-2-3-1 system. This could easily be transformed into a 4-3-2-1 with no much of a difference. Just that the central attacking midfielder would play more defensively. The most common selection is:
V. Valdes (GK)
D. Alves (DR)
E. Abidal (DL)
C. Puyol (DC)
G. Pique (DC)
Y. Toure (DMC)
H. Xavi (MC)
A. Iniesta (AMC) / (MC)
L. Messi (AMR)
T. Henry (AML)
Z. Ibrahimovic (ST)

As mentioned above, if the formation is switched to 4-3-2-1, Andres Iniesta falls behind on the medfield centre.
