A comet is a ball of ice and dust that passes "near" the sun during part of its orbit, which heats it to the point that it outgasses and blows of part of its mass on each orbit, forming a sort of streamer or "tail".
There are lots of comets. The periodic meteor showers we get are debris from comets that have mostly disintegrated. We don't know of any big showy periodic comets like Halley's (usually, its most recent appearance was rather disappointing) due to make an appearance in the near future (unless you consider half a century "the near future). However, there's always hope.
(If by "heading towards Earth" you mean "will hit Earth causing disastrous results" then the answer is no. This can happen, but it's extremely rare and there's no real reason to think a significant impact will occur anytime soon.)
There is no planet heading towards Earth. All the planets have well defined orbits. and will not impact each other in the foreseeable future.
There is no relationship whatsoever between Earth's moon and any comet.
The name of the comet seen in 1986 is Halley's Comet. You can see it every 75-76 years, and is the only short period comet that is clearly visible to the naked eye from earth, and thus the only naked-eye comet that might appear twice in a human lifetime.
The next notable comet scheduled to pass by Earth is Comet Leonard, which is expected to be visible in December 2021. It will be the brightest comet of the year and should be observable with binoculars or a small telescope from dark sky locations. Keep an eye out for updates from astronomers as the date approaches for the best viewing opportunities.

Halley's comet is not predicted to hit Earth in the foreseeable future. The next time it will be visible from Earth is in 2061.
It has never crashed into Earth before and won't in the future. It will be seen from Earth again in 2061, but it won't be close enough to cause any danger to Earth. It will be tens of millions of miles from Earth.
Comets, while visible in the sky, do not normally fall to Earth. Meteors do fall towards Earth very quickly.
The sun is the largest out of the three and then the earth and then a comet.

Nobody knows for certain if a gigantic comet will crash into the Earth or not. However, such an event is very rare and unlikely to happen in the near future.
The name of the comet that will pass Earth on August 15, 2011, is the comet Honda.
We don't currently know when a comet will hit planet Earth.
There is no relationship whatsoever between Earth's moon and any comet.
No, a comet will NOT hit earth in 2012.
