I think that a comfortable room temperature is between 70 and 72 °F (21-22 °C)
The environment within the room would go from a temperature that is very comfortable to live in to a temperature that would boil a glass of water that was situated in the same room. For example in the winter time I keep my home temperature at 20 degrees Celsius.
In any room? 72-74. In a server room? 66-70.
Room temperature is typically defined as the range of temperatures where most people feel comfortable, usually around 20-22°C (68-72°F). To find room temperature using melting and boiling points, identify substances with melting points below room temperature and boiling points above it. For example, water has a melting point of 0°C and a boiling point of 100°C, which indicates that room temperature falls within this range. Thus, any substance that remains in a liquid state at these temperatures can be used as a reference for defining room temperature.
Room temperature is typically considered to be around 20 to 22 degrees Celsius (°C), which is equivalent to approximately 68 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit (°F) and around 293 to 295 Kelvin (K). These values provide a comfortable environment for most indoor settings.
The ideal room temperature for working conditions is typically between 68-76°F (20-24°C). This range is comfortable for most people and can help promote productivity and focus. However, individual preferences may vary, so it's important to find a temperature that works best for you.

17.5 degrees Celsius is a temperature measurement on the Celsius scale commonly used around the world. It is considered a mild to cool temperature, similar to a comfortable room temperature.
there are so many graver ways to maintain comfortable room temperature like planting trees in trees in the surrounding area and increase your A.C., fan and cooler temperature. close the door of the room when A.C. and cooler is open

It depends on what "comfortable" means to you, as it is an opinion. However, there are standards on room temperature as regulated by West Midlands Public Health Observatory, which says that living room temperature should be about 70oF and cooler in the bedroom. The answer above is not geared to the scientificdefinition of room temperature, which is a little different.See related links for more information.
