Force is an influence tending to change the motion of a body or produce motion or stress in a stationary body.

Effect of force:

1.Force change the motion of a body:- force change the motion of body that are already in motion and produce motion in a stationary body. Example a car moving on a road suddenly hit behind by a truck, you will notice the tendency of the car motion increase. the force applied by the truck affect the motion of the car. A stationary body hit behind by a moving body, the position of the stationary body changes.

2.Force change the direction of both stationary body and body in motion:- Newton's second law state that the rate of change of momentum of a body is directly proportional to the applied force and take place in the direction in which the force acts.

3.Frictional force:- is a force that oppose the motion of one body over the other.

Effect of frictional force:

a.It leads to wasting of energy, when two surrounding forces move over each other, heat is generated as a result of friction. the energy required to turn the machine, will be converted heat energy which reduces the energy output.

b.It leads to wearing away of the surfaces in contact.

4.Gravitational force field:- Gravitational force field causes a body thrown up to fall back on the ground.

What are the effects of force on object?

Assuming that the force is great enough to overcome static friction; the force will change the momentum of the object.

What effects does an unbalanced force have on an object?

An unbalanced force can completely destroy the object (depending upon its mass and power of force) or can gradually move it or it can also have no effect on the object.

Effects of a force on an object?

applying a force to an object, (pushing, pulling, hitting, kicking etc.) can change its speed, its direction and its shape.

What describes the effects of forces on an object?

Isaac Newton defines force as mass times acceleration.

Can the effects of forces be seen?

Yes, the effects of forces can be observed through the motion or deformation of objects. For example, a pushing force can cause an object to accelerate, while a pulling force can stretch or compress an object. Additionally, the effects of forces can also be seen through changes in the shape or position of an object.

What Force That Causes A Change In The Motion Of An Object Is Called?

The force that causes a change in the motion of an object is called an external force. This force can come from various sources, such as gravity, friction, or contact with another object.

What are the three effects of force in full?

Force can cause an object to accelerate or decelerate, changing its velocity. Force can deform or break an object if the force exceeds the object's strength. Force can also change the shape of an object or cause it to rotate if the force is applied off-center.

What is applied force?

An applied force is a force that is exerted on an object by a person or another object. It is the force that is actively applied to move, accelerate, or deform an object. Applied forces can come in various forms, such as pushing, pulling, lifting, or twisting.

What are the effects of force on matter?

When a force acts upon an object, and that force is great enough to overcome initial friction, the object will undergo an acceleration until the force is removed or is balanced by another force.

Is force needed to stop an object?

Yes, force is required to stop an object that is in motion. This force can come from various sources such as friction, braking mechanisms, or other external factors acting on the object.

What is needed to make an object accelerate?

To make an object accelerate, a force needs to be applied to the object. This force can come from various sources such as gravity, friction, or propulsion. The magnitude and direction of the force will determine the rate at which the object accelerates.

What are the effects of force when exerted upon an object?

When a force is exerted on an object, it can cause the object to accelerate, decelerate, change direction, or deform depending on the magnitude and direction of the force. The object will experience a change in its state of motion as a result of the force applied to it.
