This tilt is what causes the seasons.
The axis tilt is 23.5 degrees.
No. Mars currently has an axial tilt of 25.2 degrees. Earth's tilt is 23.5 degrees.
Mars and Earth share a similar angle of axial tilt - Mars, at present, has a tilt of 25 degrees, and Earth maintains a fairly constant tilt of 23.5 degrees. However, Mars does not maintain a consistent axial tilt over millions of years, so it is purely coincidence that Mars' current axial tilt is similar to Earth.
The diagram symbol for any tilt switch is the ball tilt switch symbol. Then in the table of contents the switch is described, whether it be a ball switch, mercury switch,etc...
A tilt switch is commonly used at the end of a conveyor system. Where product is dropping off the conveyor and into a pile, the pile height can be governed by the tilt switch. The switch is a vertical device that hangs at a level that the conveyor should be shut off at. When the pile pushes the tilt switch 5 degrees out of plumb a mercury switch inside the tilt switch operates and shuts off the motor to the conveyor.

Mercury tilt are usually used as car alarms. The mercury tilt switches contain a tube with a small amount of mercury and two electrical contacts. If the car is moved, the mercury flows along the tube completing the circuit and triggering the alarm. I apologize, but I do not know about normal tilt switches.
A plane that can start with a vertical lift off then switch to level is called a tilt rotor aircraft.

That is the turn signal switch & actually it move up & down when you tilt the column. But when you move the turn signal handle up or down it moves a small wire inside a casting that actually works the turn signal switch.
To remove the ignition switch on a 1978 Chevy K10 with a tilt wheel, first disconnect the battery to ensure safety. Next, remove the steering column covers by unscrewing the necessary screws. Then, locate the ignition switch, which is typically mounted on the lower part of the column; disconnect the wiring harness and remove the retaining screws to take out the switch. Finally, you can replace it with the new ignition switch and reassemble the column.
