toxin
Insulin is a protein secreted in pancreas.
An alpha toxin is a type of protein toxin produced by certain bacteria that can cause damage to host cells by disrupting cell membranes. This disruption can lead to cell death, tissue damage, and contribute to the overall pathogenicity of the bacteria.
It is the site of protein synthesis. So it can be found in plants, animals, bacteria and other living cells.
Fungi produce compounds called antibiotics to prevent the growth of bacteria. One example is penicillin, which is produced by the fungus Penicillium. These antibiotics inhibit the growth of bacteria by interfering with their cell wall formation or protein synthesis.

...contains DNA which makes the plant produce a protein which is toxic to certain insects of the Lepidoptera family. The protein is the same one produced by the Bacillus thuringiensis bacteria, from which the name "Bt" comes.

the plasmid contains a certain gene, which codes for the "Green Flourescent Protein." So you put the plasmid in the bacteria, the plasmid starts making that protein in the bacteria, and boom you've got glowing bacteria. works for bunnies and monkeys too, apparently =)
The test commonly used for determining the ability of bacteria to break down protein is the gelatin hydrolysis test. In this test, bacteria are inoculated onto a gelatin-containing medium, and the breakdown of protein (gelatin) by gelatinase enzymes produced by the bacteria leads to the liquefaction of the medium. Positive results are indicated by the liquification of the gelatin.
protein antibodies produced to defend the body against streptococcus bacteria
Bacteria usually lack capsid. However, certain bacteria have capsid-like proteins which can be the cause of certain infections. Almost all viruses contain this protein and can cause diseases as it protect the virus inner DNA/RNA structure,

animals dont really need nitrogen but for plants, they need nitrogen and they get nitrogen usually in the form of nitrates or bacteria protein, by the work of nitrifying bacteria, putrefying bacteria and nitrogen fixing bacteria

It is either extracellular or intracellular protein. It depends on the type of micro organism employed in the production of L- Asparaginase. It is sometimes both Intracellular and extracellular.
Protein is not a bacteria. Proteins are macromolecules made up of amino acids that play various roles in the body, such as building and repairing tissues, enzymes, and antibodies. Bacteria are single-celled microorganisms that can be beneficial or harmful to humans.
