I think its right but...
The food chain is going ->->
A food chain can have as few as three links. For example, a plant being eaten by a herbivore, which is then eaten by a predator.

Grass>Grasshopper>Frog>Snake>Hawk The grasshoppers eat the grasses, the frogs eat the grasshoppers, the snakes eat the frogs and the hawks eat the snakes.
A food chain is typically limited to 4 or 5 links because energy is lost at each trophic level as it moves up the chain. This results in less energy available for each subsequent level, limiting the number of links that can be sustained efficiently. Additionally, complex food chains require a larger ecosystem to support them, which may not always be available.

Pandas are not preys, but they are not predators either. Pandas don't have a very exciting food chain, because their food chian only consists of BAMBOO and SMALL ANIMALS, such as rats, owls, mice, rabbits etc.) NOTE: Pandas DONT kill the animals, when they eat them they are already killed.

A food chain can only be up to 5 trophic levels in length, including the producer. Only a small proportion of the previous organism's energy is passed down through trophic levels to the next organism. This diminishes the energy available, so there is little or no energy to be gained after the 5th stage of a food chain. :)
There cannot be too many links in a food chain. Food chains always begin with a plant and end with an animal. If there are more than 4 or 5 links in the chain , there will not be enough food for the animals at the end of the chain.
