Gases the most, then liquids.
Solids generally don't diffuse.
Diffusion :)
These are two different processes. Diffusion is when two substance mix together, evaporation is when a liquid turns into a gas. If diffusion where to effect evaporation it would be to do with changing the properties of the liquid being evaporated.
Diffusion in gases is faster than in liquids because the particles in gas move way faster than in liquids. The gas particles therefore spread out more quickly and diffusion is completed faster.
Particles in a gas or liquid moving from a region of higher concentration to a region of lower concentration represents passive transport. This does not use energy.
Diffusion occurs more quickly in gases compared to liquids because gas particles have higher kinetic energy and are less densely packed, allowing them to move more freely and cover longer distances in a shorter amount of time. In contrast, liquid particles are closer together and have lower kinetic energy, which slows down their movement and limits the rate of diffusion.
gas
is neon solid,liquid or gas
Diffusion :)
diffusion
if the temp is higher then diffusion take place faster
diffusion
Diffusion is the process that spreads substances through a gas or liquid. It involves the movement of particles from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration until they reach a state of equilibrium.
These are two different processes. Diffusion is when two substance mix together, evaporation is when a liquid turns into a gas. If diffusion where to effect evaporation it would be to do with changing the properties of the liquid being evaporated.
The difference is that,an oil is a dark viscous liquid with high density and low rate of diffusion why gas is a well pronounce substance with low density and rate of diffusion. Diffusion is the process by which molecules move from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration. It occurs in liquids, gases, and solids, as long as there is a concentration gradient present.
