Appears to be low grade Australian mineral Variscite that people have attributed to the Jasper group. It is not. It has just been given a fancy marketing name. A very pretty stone none the less, but not as hard or durable sa Jasper and porous enough to be dyed in many colours not the original green and sand.. Give away to dying is the spider web feature not being the original sand colour. Many enhanced stones this apears to be silvery in colour.
When sediment drops to the bottom of the sea, it is known as sedimentation. This process occurs when the forces causing the sediment to be suspended in water weaken, allowing the particles to settle.
The sediment is washed into the sea by runoff from the land, especially by rivers and streams. Most of this sediment does not travel very far offshore before settling.
When an Igneous rock is broken down by physical processes it can become sediment, carried along rivers and waterways to reach the sea and the oceans. When upon the seabed, it is slowly covered by other sediment, and the combined force of the water above and sediment above working with sea mud and other sea deposits forms sedimentary rock.
Because sedimentery rock is formed under the sea, sediment collects at the bottom of the ocean, and so does a few dead sea creatures, then t gets squashed by other sediment, igneous rock is formed by lava cooling, so there is no fossils in it.
We know that the sea floor is composed of old basaltic rock called SIMA . The sea floor mostly contains sand (which came from a continent ) , some marine sediment, continental sediment and some types of sediment . We also get some resources from the sea floor, like petroleum, and some marine resources, but then again the sea floor is the least explored thing on our planet. Answer: You can also find starfish at the bottom of the sea floor. Along with seaweed and other plants that grow on the sea floor.
Sea sediment jasper is a type of jasper that is often found near the shores of oceans, where sediments have accumulated over time. The unique patterns and colors in sea sediment jasper are a result of different minerals and compounds being deposited in the sediment layers that eventually solidify into jasper.
You could be thinking of the Jasper Sea Quartet based in Zambia. There is also a fishing vessel known as the Jasper Sea
Sea sediment gemstones, often referred to as sea sediment jasper, are formed from minerals and organic materials that have been deposited in marine environments over time. These gemstones typically exhibit unique patterns and colors due to their complex formation processes, which involve the accumulation of sediments and fossilized remains. They are popular in jewelry and decorative items for their natural beauty and the intriguing stories behind their origins. Each piece is unique, reflecting the geological history of the oceanic environments from which they originate.
The town of Jasper, Texas, has an elevation of 203 feet above sea level.

The midwest was once an inland sea. Over time organic sediment that sunk to the bottom of the sea created a uniformly flat surface on the sea floor. When the sea dried the sediment was left uniformly flat.

when sediment falls into the sea it forms into sedimentary rock which then turns into metamorphic rock and back again it comes from the volcanoes it plays a major role in the rock cycle
Do You Know The Sedimentary Rocks? They are formed into sediment on the sea floorsediment is sand
they wash sediment into the sea
