because santer lives there

The North Pole of a magnet is traditionally considered the "north" end because it is attracted to the Earth's geographic North Pole, which is actually a magnetic south pole. In magnetism, opposite poles attract, so the North Pole of a magnet is a magnetic north pole, while the Earth's North Pole behaves like a magnetic south pole. Therefore, the North Pole of a magnet is not "plus" but is simply referred to as the North Pole.
The compass needle is magnetic so has a north pole and a south pole. North attracts north and south attracts south so the compass needle points to the north pole (you could say it - the other end- points to the south pole too).
Santa has a special letterbox at all postoffices where sometimes the postal elves will answer the letters that are written to them. Just address it santa at the north pole and they will get it.
It is mostly water and ice bergs
In Canada, the Canadian Post Office has a special department that looks after all Canadian mail for the North Pole, since the magnetic Pole is indeed within Canada. So if mail from other countries is addressed to the North Pole, Canada, it will be forwarded to this special department.

Definately the North Pole, also I did my research so it is a 100% correct.

Arctic Circle, Tropic of Cancer, Equator, tropic of Capricorn, Prime meridian, Antarctic Circle
There is no specific land. The north pole is just a geographic location. There are ice sheets that cover the north pole. These ice sheets are thick enough to be walked on. There are island that are close to the north pole but there is no land in the north pole.
No and no. The Magnetic north pole is currently in North America. The geographic north pole is over water which is frozen quite thick. So people can walk to the geographic north pole and it has also been visited by several submarines.
