The weather in New York City can be very erratic, especially during the transition from autumn to winter, and from winter to spring. In March, the temperature is generally somewhere between 25 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit. In April, it's around 30 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit, and in May it's typically 50 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. By June, it's usually around 75 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

As for precipitation: we don't normally get much snow in New York City, but we do get snowstorms sometimes, as late as March. In the early spring, it's typically cloudy and grey, and often rainy, and as summer approaches, sunny days become more and more frequent.
